Not too hard, though in all honesty you'd have to do a lot for it to be hard for me- I love point n' click games.
Definitely not the most story-driven of adventures, but again, it doesn't have to be.
And about the 100% rating- yeah, no kidding, THAT's hard.
But a well-done and enjoyable game! :D

With games like this it is hard to know where to pitch the difficulty level. If you make it too hard, you risk causing frustration to players who are not point and click pros. If you make it too easy, it isnt fun.
I like to think I have the balance about right, it is straight forwards to play through, but the more hardcore point and click lovers can find little bonuses and get a higher score at the end :D.
