karco - done alot for the community, mentored alot of rising artists, wrote big long articles about shit and wrote reviews that were matched by none. he had a good number of quality songs this year.

danman87 - He's made the most best music i've probably listened to on newgrounds. he's had a good number of submissions and I think one of them was used in castle crashers or something.
